Unleashed Close Quarters

I went to this self-defense school a little unsure of myself and little out of shape. Wondering whether I would fit in there (being female) or if it would be all male dominated. Well, it was AMAZING. I loved it so much, honestly. It's an amazing workout. The instructors are kind, caring and respectful, and there were plenty of other women, large and small. The techniques are taught so that anyone of any size, shape or fitness can defend themselves easily. One of the best decisions I've made. Absolutely worth it!!
